  • Wall-mounted flat screen TV. 

  • Wifi and utilities included. 

  • Shared break room with refrigerator and washer/dryer. 

  • Individual climate control via mini-split HVAC units. 

  • Outdoor ventilation systems for odor control.

  • State of the art security system with cameras and secure access entry.
